The San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency (SFMTA) has proposed metered parking, new residential permits, and timed parking spaces in the North East Mission District spanning from 21st Street to 13th Street/Division Street and from Valencia Street to Potrero Avenue. 

Given that this area is home to mostly working class residents, with a variety of organizations and small businesses, this will negatively impact those that live and work in the area with timed parking limits that will only make it harder for the residents who live in the area, as well negatively impact businesses in the area.
