We need to stay focused on the petition GOAL.  STOP THE NEEDLESS KILLING at NYC ACC Shelters. CHANGE is what we are all working for, on behalf of the voiceless animals. We are their voice.  VICTORY is changing the Shelter System, thru media attention, legal reform, to permanently eliminate KILL SHELTERS in NYC.  

Shocking situation is escalating, at the NYC ACC Shelters. They are on an endless KILLING SPREE, without oversight to govern their vile conduct; motivated by greed.  NYC ACC program has been dubbed “Spay Neuter Kill”.  Explains why KILL RATE exceeds 20%.  For large dogs, more than 25% leave the shelter in black garbage bags, like trash, except the cadaver dogs remains are sold for $400.00 per DEAD BODY.  

.Mahatma Gandi, famous philosopher, stated:  “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated. To seek to reduce the suffering of those who are completely under one's domination, and unable to fight back, is truly a mark of a civilized society."
