Donuts, Not Data Centers

I'm delighted to announce that PHCPA's Krispy Kreme fun-raiser starts today!
From now until the end of the year, PHCPA is offering digital gift cards (emailed) for one (1) dozen Krispy Kreme original glazed donuts for just $16. For reference, the regular starting price of a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts is $21.99 plus tax for the LA area. So you're getting a pretty sweet deal at $16!
Plus, 50% of all sales will instantly go to PHCPA.
If you prefer to pay via Zelle or Venmo, please send an email to outreach@phcpa.org to place your order.
These digital gift cards never expire, work at any Krispy Kreme store location, and make for delicious holiday gifts or snacks for the classroom or office. It's also a great way to lock in the price now to guard against inflation, so don't be shy about buying multiple dozens.
Of course, your money is most powerful when donated directly to PHCPA.
The City of Industry is stalling our CEQA lawsuit to bleed our community’s donations dry before the case even gets in front of a judge. Every stall action from the City of Industry costs us lots of money.
Will you help us raise $15,000 by the beginning of October? You can donate, host your own fundraiser, or seek donations from your local businesses.
Since Monday, the community has donated over $2,100! Will you help keep up this momentum?
Zelle/Venmo: @donatePHCPA
Mailed checks are OK too! (Instructions on the donation page)
There are still so many people that have yet to take an action – we need your help to find them!
Thank you!!!

PHCPA is currently engaged in public interest litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), challenging the adequacy of the environmental review adopted for the 9.2-acre, 400-megawatt Marici Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located across the street from Hacienda Heights residents.
We are also working to oppose the proposed AI data center at the Puente Hills Mall.
Your donation directly supports PHCPA's ability to stay in the fight for the community.
