It has now been 14 days that my sister still has had no contact with her son even though she has repeatedly asked the father to allow her to get a phone call. This is highly concerning due to the fact that he was taken so violent and disturbing. We can only imagine what kind of trauma my nephew will have in the future from all these issues that could have been handled in so many different ways. We are praying that although so sad he is staying strong and knowing my little nephew he is more likely counting the days down and on survival mode in order to make the best of this. 

My sister’s “assault” charges have been dismissed.

Her attorney who has failed and only lead her to this chapter has quit on my nephew. She has voluntarily withdraw from the case.
My sister has now hired another attorney.
Please keep voicing my nephew’s voice and many other children’s voice that find or have found themselves in similar places.
