Too often are Alabamians left out of the decision making process. This has been recently highlighted by the creation of the new Public Service Commission system. Its also been historically true because we have not been able to vote for things like our local Board of Registars. Both examples make decisions about Alabamians lives that impact them daily and regularly otherwise. The Alabama taxpayer is footing the bill for somebodys friend to have a job. Thats not right. Our voice is our power. By keeping Alabamians out of the process we are being robbed of our right to choose for ourselves who will make decisions for us.

We ask that you sign our petition to call our governing body out and demand that they take action and hear our collective voices and allow us to take collective action at the polls. 

 Alabamians deserve to be heard and to decide for themselves as is in line with representative democracy.
