To the Jenkintown Borough Council - please protect our neighbors from this plan which is projected to add hundreds of cars daily cutting through Noble Village and eastern Jenkintown with an entrance / exit a block from two different bus stops for children.

• The 610 Old York conditional use drive-through proposal prioritizes car traffic over our community for private interests, undermining our community's health, children’s safety, neighborhood character, and well-being through unnecessary traffic loading to and from a commercial drive-through via Spring Ave ingress and egress.
  
  
• Today's Spring Ave / Rodman Ave / 611 intersection is dysfunctional and cannot handle additional vehicular traffic, as noted in the Jenkintown traffic report dated October 3, performed by Mark E. Bickerton, PE, Borough Traffic Engineer.
  
  
• 611 is a commercial road and must be used as the sole entry and exit to and from this commercial business. Our neighborhood streets are not a private business gateway.  

Jenkintown Abington Neighbors Association has met with the developer over the previous months and our concerns about dangerous traffic through neighborhood streets have not been responded to with solutions that address our concerns. Please support us in keeping our neighborhood safe in what's already a dangerous and busy corridor along Old York Road.
