Under the Office of Management and Budget’s Grant Regulations at 2 C.F.R. 200, the U.S. Department of the Interior not only has no objections to the sale of the Sunset Beach Sportsmen’s Club property, but is fully willing to cooperate in any such sale.

Supporters should make their voices heard by contacting the NJ Office of the Governor and the NJ DEP to urge them to sell us our ½ acre parcel at Sunset Beach, Cape May, as expressly allowed by the DOI under the Office of Management and Budget’s Grant Regulations at 2 C.F.R. 200.
