Extend due dates for Income Tax until the Website starts functioning without glitches
The Issue
The Income Tax Portal was recently revamped and shifted to a new portal. Since its revamping it has become a collection of Bugs. Seldom only filing work without a glitch.
Be it basic tasks like updating profile or filing Income Tax forms. Filing has still not been enabled for several forms like Form 29B or 10B. UDIN furnishing is still out of order for Form 3CB or 3CD. ITR for partnerships is still not enabled fully. Registering a DSC is still a dream for many Assessees. option for generating EVC for e-verification is still not available for most of the banks.
Why is not timely extension not given when all these glitches are still there? Why are professionals & assessees being subject to this undue harassment and hardship?
