Calling on the Nigeria's government, President Muhammadu Buhari and Attorney General of the federation of Nigeria Abubakar Malami to ensure that measures are taken to immediately end the practice of torture and ill-treatment by the SARS and all complaints of torture by SARS are independently and impartially investigated as prescribed by the Anti-Torture Act 2017..

WE ALSO LIKE TO STATE THAT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES & "SARS OPERATIVES" ACROSS NIGERIA  HAS "ABUSED THE AUTHORITY" VESTED IN THEM, AND HAVE VIOLATED ON A "CONTINUAL BASIS" THE LAW ITSELF!  BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN, TO PROSECUTE THOSE WHO MURDER UNARMED INDIVIDUALS.
