Please offer Solu-Cortef emergency injection in the form of a dual-chamber syringe for intramuscular injection, or something similar.  Like diabetic patients this cuts out time and saves lives! Having adrenal insufficiency, we need this injection with us at all times, and need a delivery system with as minimal steps as necessary to get the injection into our bodies...This could mean Life or Death! When one is experiencing an adrenal crisis, there is severe mental confusion that is very debilitating and inhibits our ability to reason and figure out different steps that the Act-O-Vial entails. Again, we need the fewest steps possible in order to get the medication delivered. This would not only make it easier for the patient, and be the determining factor whether they live or die, but also for anyone that may be able to help should the patient be unconscious.
