2月25日の国会の総務委員会で、「籾井勝人NHK会長が、全理事に、日時空欄の辞表届を提出させていた」という事実が明らかにされました。これに対して、          籾井氏は、「こうしたことは、特別なことではなく、民間ではよくあることだ。それで、理事が委縮するとは思わない」と居直っています

日時空欄の辞表を預かるということは、会長の一存で、「空欄に日付を記入し、それを正式に受理できる」ということを意味しています。つまり、「異なる意見のものは排除され、追従するものばかりが残る」という、安倍政権の意向に沿った籾井一元体制の樹立です。

公共放送の根幹を破壊する、この暴挙を、私達は絶対に許すことはできません。

 私達は、NHK経営委員会に、「籾井NHK会長の辞職」を求めます。 

 

占領軍による「押し付け憲法」を批判し続けてきた安倍氏は、自分が国民に押し付ける憲法ならいいというがごとき、振る舞いを続けています。

2月19日のNY　TIMES　は、その社説で、ファッショ的性格を強める安倍政権に対して、次のような懸念を表明しています。

最高裁は日本国憲法の平和主義的な条項について見解を示すことを長らく避けてきた。安倍氏がもし自らの見解を日本の国に押し付けることに固執するのなら、最高裁は安倍氏の解釈を否定して、どんな指導者でも個人の意思で憲法を書き替えることはできないことを明らかにすべきである。

自分の意のままに、憲法を解釈し、解釈改憲強行をしていこうとする安倍ファッショ政権において、マスコミを自分の統括下において、「争点」をおおいかくして、「虚構」の「政権支持率」をバックに、首相とその取り巻きの「独裁体制」の構築に突っ走っています。それを進めていくうえで、最大の攻防戦が、NHK会長の任免の問題であり、会長就任後、派生している問題です。

時の政権が、勝手に、公共放送の会長を任免し、その時の政権の意向に100％以上服従する会長が、全理事に辞表を日付空欄で出させるという暴挙は、「公共放送のハイジャック」「サイレントクーデター」というべきものだと思います。
　このことに対して、どのように日本の国民が行動するのか、世界の人々も注目していることだと思います。
日本および世界の、「平和と報道・表現の自由を求めるすべての人々に、この署名への協力を訴えます。

On February 25, at the Committee on General Affairs of the House of Representatives , the following fact was unveiled, that Katsuto　Momii 、chairman of the Japan Broadcasting Corporation, made  all the directors　tender　resignations with the date blank to him. He admitted this fact and answered,” This is not special in private company, but common. I don’t think that anyone of them becomes　cowardly, anyone　 can express his opinion.” with no excuse.

Keeping the resignations　of all directors on his own hand means generally, that he  can accept them anytime  at his own will,  after signing the date in the blank.

As the result the Momii autocracy organization which draws the intention of the Abe Administration has been established .

We cannot allow this rash act that destroys the basis of public broadcasting ,　by any means.

We ask the NHK managing committee for "resignation of Katsuto　Momii 、chairman of the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK)

Mr. Abe who has continued criticizing　 Constitution of Japan　as　forced　by　the occupation forces, is continuing behavior , as　if　the constitution which he is　forcing　on people is good.

The editorial　of NY TIMES on February 19 expressed　the following concern to the Abe Administration which 　strengthens fascist character.

If Mr. Abe were to persist in forcing his view on the nation, the Supreme Court, which has long abstained from taking a position on the Constitution’s pacifist clause, should reject his interpretation and make clear that no leader can rewrite the Constitution by personal will.

Abe Fascism Government　is trying to carry out reinterpretation　of　“the　forced　Constitution”  　and　making　up　 the　high　approval rating for political power"、under　his　control　of　mass media, covering　the "point at issue" .
He dashes  in this way at construction of the "autocracy organization" of the prime minister and its followers.
The　most　important　is a problem of the president's of NHK appointment by　The managing committee of nhk which drew the intention of the Abe Administration .

I think that the rash act that the chairman who obeys the intention of the political power　absolutely,　makes all the directors　tender　resignations with the date blank is what should be called "Hijack　of　public broadcasting " and "silence coup d'etat."
People in the world are also　observing how Japanese people act to and　fight　against　this　fascism　attack　.
