We the people of Newark Ohio support city council to enforce laws and codes to keep our town safe and clean. As of late we are kept from visiting businesses because of activity with no permits, and health code violations. Businesses suffer greatly from over night littering, and illegal activity. This is lead by a group that openly harass citizens. This blatant activity has divided our community for far too long. 

Therefore, support city councils efforts to enforce the laws and codes in place, and define the language in these so there is no confusion to law enforcement
