I want to be the voice for not only the victim but the children in general! This specific case happened to one of my very own blood relatives since she was 6 years old and under the same roof of her own biological "Mother" (Nadine Contreras) The victim is now 13 years old and has been not only sexually abused by her mother’s boyfriend  Rodrick Rodriguez whom is a registered sex offender from San Antonio Texas and refused to register in New Mexico until he got arrested and bonded out by the victim's mother ! My cousin has gone through so much. She explained in detail how she watched her sibling deteriorate with no medical attention until he eventually got critical and finally rushed to the hospital  where he passed at 2-3 years old and now mentally and verbally abused at her placement home, (stated. by the victim herself) which caused her to attempt suicide more than once with over the counter medications. The victim reported it to her counselor at some point, however voiced feeling ignored. Let's stand up for our children!! From parents to law enforcement, CYFD, counselors etc!! Rodrick Rodriguez needs to be charged for his crimes to the fullest extent of the law!! I feel and pray that laws get tougher on these child molesters/Pedophiles! Making them think before acting upon their evil thoughts and ways. I ask that you put yourself in this little girls situation and find it in your heart to sign the petition which is the only voice this child has at this point!! Please keep in mind that these people including placement home, drink heavily and abuse recreational drugs.  Thank You very much!! May God keep our children safe. TEAMJAZ!!!!
