I believe that your signing showed our current Board of Directors and the Management Team that we are not satisfied with the scope of work in our community.
I (Ali Kilgore and Tim Zellers) will be running for the two open Board positions this June and hope you will vote for us!
I (Ali Kilgore) am a wife to the most fantastic Man and mother to 3 amazing kids! Before I was a homeschooling, stay-at-home mom, I worked for a large organization of over 9,000 people. I ran this department with multiple full-time staff, managed numerous vendors, and managed 500+ volunteers.
As my kids have gotten older and I have found solid routines, my husband has encouraged me to run for the HOA Board of Directors this year, letting me know he thinks I can help bring change to the community we all seek.
I have read all our current contracts with vendors, Management, etc. Most of them have multiple violations that I have been pressing our HOA Board and our management team to fix.
How is it that our community has some of the HIGHEST DUES and LOWEST QUALITY LANDSCAPE in our area that is also met with poor Management from Trestle Management Company?!
The current homeowners of Nauvoo Station are currently putting out over $5,000 a month in "Administration Costs" to employ Trestle Management, etc.
Yet, when I asked Trestle Management how many hours a week they have dedicated (per our contract) to our neighborhood, I was told, "We do not have a set amount of hours monthly or weekly; sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less."
To this end, I believe this is the root of our issues, poor Management = poor vendor accountability, and HOAs run off vendors and contracts. We need change!
