Legalize a person breaking into a car to save an animal

It is currently illegal in the state of New Jersey for a person, even of law enforcement to break into a car with the intent to save an animal left alone in a vehicle, even in warmer weather conditions. Vehicles can overheat and quickly, no matter the weather conditions. Not only this but, New Jersey also does not cover its citizens with "Good Samaritan" hot car laws for those who decided to take matters into their own hands with intent to help the animal. Sign and Help change the state's decision on not having these laws.
