From release in 2017 through 2023, the Kabam version of the game was always adding content such as new characters and missions, which kept a lot of people interested and playing daily for six years.

When the Netflix version was released, many players switched over - and were willing to pay the monthly fee - because there were new characters and missions released regularly during the first several months. Then all updates ended and the game had no further releases. This led to boredom and a lot of people unsubscribing since there was no new content available.

However, there is still a dedicated core group of players. We are loyal, paying Netflix customers and many of us only have a Netflix subscription to play this game. So we are demanding updates such as new characters, new missions, and/or the return of rank 6 or the Bayverse bots.

We will subscribe to Netflix forever and continue to play this game daily - but only if there are regular updates. Also, the game has over 1 million downloads and is one of the top 20 most popular games on Netflix.
