Netflix ended Castlevania after only four seasons and 32 episodes - there is so much more potential for the tv series than that.  Many fans (myself included) were hoping for at most a six to eight seasons series and there is more than enough source material to do so.  It’s disappointing that Castlevania’s premature ending will deprive Netflix of its most popular animated original series.

What we as fans are asking for is at least another two seasons from Netflix - and if viewership is steady, perhaps even more than that.  It is easily within the billions of dollar budget of Netflix to make those seasons and the fans will be very happy with that.  Otherwise, Netflix will lose out on one of its best animated series and will have to spend more on licensing to either play other series or have to find and develop new animated series which might not be as popular.  I realize that Netflix approved a spin-off, but the original show could still have at least two more seasons.

What we as fans are asking for is not impossible.  This is one of most popular video game tv series of all time - and it would a shame and shortsighted to only cancel it after four short seasons and 32 episodes.  All we are asking is for Netflix to give us more episodes of this wonderful animated series.  I know that recently Netflix has been in the habit of canceling tv shows after just one or two seasons, it definitely had a hit with Castlevania, and it should give it more effort.
