Recently, Netflix has decided to cancel two shows on Netflix— ‘I am not okay with this’ and ‘The Society’— apparently due to the pandemic. However, IANOWT stands to be one of the only shows on Netflix with a lesbian leading character and an LGBT POC, and it meant a lot to many teenagers to see themselves finally represented on TV. This cancellation has upset many people, including the cast of the show, so we are going to fight for the right to be represented on Netflix.
