Friskies has created a new line of "Pull 'N Play" cat treats. These treats are shaped like string. Every cat owner and veterinarian knows that real string can be deadly if ingested by cats. It can cause fatal bowel obstructions or lead to hospitalization. If cats become used to eating string-shaped treats, it's virtually inevitably that they will come to believe that all string, yarn, carpet fringe, ribbon or even thin electrical cords used to charge cell phones are edible. Please join me in helping to prevent a tragedy by asking Friskies to take these treats off the market. While the treats themselves are not dangerous, they create a highly dangerous situation. I think that Friskies is a great brand but that string-shaped Pull 'N Play treats are a terrible idea.
