NCDRC, hearing the case for 3 years and then Orders, Judgement Reserve. It is now 3 months almost over and no judgement is given. JUSTICE DELAYED is JUSTICE DENIED. Therefore, the very purpose of having this organization is lost.

The poor consumer cannot even send a reminder as the concerned Judge will feel offended and may pass the judgement against him.

The only sufferer is always consumer who have put all his/her hard earned money to the builder for their dream house.

We 550 Neelkamal Flat owners invested all our money into Neelkamal Apartment project during a year 2009 located in Kazhipattur near Siruseri Sipcot IT park, Old Mahabalipuram road, Chennai, Tamilnadu. But till now the project has not been completed, not even livable condition. We have been waiting for a possession for last 10 years.

After so many conversation with Builder finally we entered into a Lawsuit during a year 2016 with NCDRC, delhi. The case hearing went for 3 years and the Final hearing was over on 23rd Aug 2019 but the Judgement is reserved without date. Its been almost 3 months now we have been waiting for a judgement. The Builder Real Value promoters, Chennai is enjoying his time all the time but the poor investor so called consumer is always suffering. 

Please pass the Judgement within a month from the date of final hearing. Thank you Very much.
