Cheshire CI is currently the hardest hit by covid19 with this uptick and the Connecticut department of corrections continues to be the least unvaccinated, noncompliant with weekly testing and wearing of masks. Visits had ceased again December 3 so the virus is coming in with workers.  They have been on modified Rec schedules since 2020 which leaves our loved ones in cells 22-23 hours a day despite the executive order which also actually makes her statement of thorough rigorous cleaning and disinfecting false. But do we expect from an agency that gets to monitor themselves?
