Hi all, I just wanted to reach out to let you know we’ve just passed 1,641 signatures on our petition! Thank you so much for your support! Will you help me to get more support by sharing this petition with ten other people? If enough of us sign we can’t be ignored!

Our fight included facilities like Cheshsire, Osborn, Garner, Corrigan and others which  practice 22 hour in cell time on a regular basis before COVID. Stop solitary Connecticut met with the commissioner several times to try and move him to be a leader in transforming incarceration in Ct. As soon as he instituted a policy to give men more time out of cell correctional officers put together a plan of calling out sick so the facility was forced into remaining on lockdown. That was their way to control the commissioner. Please call and write the Connecticut governor Ned Lamont and let him know that is not okay, he needs to assist the incarcerated people he left behind when vetoed the Protect Act!!!
