CT DOC Commissioner Rollin Cook May be resigning but we need to demand his replacement be someone who is fair firm and consistent. Our loved ones are people not rabid animals. All level 4 facilities need adequate recreational time to prevent deterioration of mental health and exacerbation of mental illness.
