Officials are defending how 16+ hours in a cell is okay because our loved ones get programming, get recreational time, get to shower, and get to make phone calls which people on 24 hour lockdown do not.

Their reasoning is absurd. Level 4 facilities in Connecticut get less than 4 hours of recreational time and that time includes showering and/or making phone calls as well as congregational meals. 

I need your help demanding more recreational time in all level 4 facilities in Connecticut!
