Connecticut Residents have successfully brought the obscene and criminal charges to light that Eversource has been charging. Now the finger pointing ensues and the ridiculous excuses being offered insult all of Connecticut Residents intelligence. The number one excuse is because of COVID and people are home more and using more a/c on these hot days. That excuse might fly if the actual usage on Electric bills were going up but they are not. Only the Delivery Charge. This is nothing new as the Delivery Charge has always been higher than usage. It is now just getting worse. 

What do residents want??? A charge that is fair for everyone. What do we consider fair? Delivery should be no more than half of usage! And this doesn’t mean to all of a sudden hike up usage!
