Shitja e substancave helmuese, si fosfori organik, rodenticide, apo substancave te tjera helmuese, te cilat shiten pa asnje kriter, pa asnje kontroll, pa asnje verifikim, ne cdo dyqan lulesh apo materialesh bujqesore, dhe cdo personi i cili nuk eshte i autorizuar dhe licencuar nga ligji per perdorimin e ketyre substancave, DUHET TE NDALOHET!
Duke lejuar kete veprimtari, rrezikoni jeten dhe shendetin e qytetareve dhe te kafsheve si dhe demtoni ambjentin.
Te shumta jane rastet e vetvrasjeve te qytetareve me keto substanca. Te shumta jane rastet e helmimit te kafsheve endacake dhe shtepiake nepermjet ketyre substancave.
Nuk aplikohet asnje kriter ligjor per te tregtuar keto substanca.
Nuk aplikohet asnje kriter ligjor per te kontrolluar blerjen e tyre nga ana e qytetareve dhe personave te pa pergjegjshem.
Sot eshte mjaft e lehte te kryesh nje sulm terrorist duke helmuar depozita uji apo ushqime nepermjet ketyre substancave.
Sot kafshet vriten rregullisht ne kryeqytet dhe ne cdo qytet dhe fshat ne Shqiperi nepermjet helmimit te ushqimit.
Kerkojme nga qeveria e Shqiperise, ndalimin e menjehershem te helmeve ne treg, si dhe rregullimin ligjor per qarkullimin, shitjen dhe perdorimin e tyre.

Government of the Republic of Albania, stop the sale of poisons in stores!
The sale of poisonous substances, such as organic phosphorus, rodenticides, or other poisonous substances, which are sold without any criteria, without any control, without any verification, in any shop of flowers or agricultural materials, and any person who is not authorized and licensed by law for the use of these substances, MUST BE PROHIBITED!
By allowing this activity, you endanger the life and health of citizens and animals. There are many cases of suicides of citizens with these substances. There are many cases of poisoning of stray and domestic animals through these substances.
No legal criteria are applied to trade these substances.
No legal criteria are applied to control their purchase by citizens and irresponsible persons.
Today it is quite easy to carry out a terrorist attack by poisoning water tanks or food with these substances.
Today, animals are regularly killed in the capital and in every town and village in Albania through food poisoning.
We demand from the government of Albania, the immediate ban of poisons on the market, as well as the legal regulation for their circulation, sale and use.
