WHDH is Boston's NBC affiliate and soon, it may no longer be the case. The affiliation is going to a station that broadcasts in New Hampshire, and it's coverage doesn't even go through Boston at all! It also violates Comcast's agreement with NBC to not make viewers pay for cable, just to watch NBC. Even the owner of WHDH, Ed Ansin disapproves NBC splitting with WHDH. WNEU only covers a little bit of the Boston TV Market. If you sign this petition, you are asking for Boston to keep watching NBC, over-the-air for free. WHDH needs to be kept as NBC.
