Ending Petition

Thanks to a message, it has been brought to my attention that there is already a law in place for this and the state is not at fault! I apologize for passing the misinformation that was given to me. Turns out that my struggle needs to be handled with the hospital! (NYS Residents... if you should have an unfortunate loss pre-20 weeks, don't let anyone tell you that you don't have options! As long as funeral home arrangements are made then they can release the remains to the funeral home. Don't be like me and just believe when they say you don't). Thank you to those that stood by <3
