Navy League Barrie Branch petitions the City of Barrie for a multi-use facility to be built on Lakeshore Drive between the Heritage Military Park and Minet’s Point Road and to be included in the City of Barrie’s Waterfront Master Plan.  

We’re asking the City of Barrie to incorporate a new building and meeting space for Navy League and Cadets of Barrie as well as a multi use outdoor space in the City of Barrie’s Waterfront Master Plan for Cadet and military parades as well as an outdoor recreation field and meeting space.

This has been in the works for over 30 years, this is our chance to be incorporated into the City of Barrie's beautiful waterfront for current and future generations of youth (9-18) to enjoy and learn.

The Navy League and Sea Cadet programs instruct youths in leadership, fitness, sailing, boating and community involvement.
