I want to thank everyone for supporting this petition to oppose naturopaths gaining further licensure and greater scopes of practice. I believe we have the potential to correct the way credulous legislators think about codifying naturopathy into state and provincial law. We can prevent naturopaths from gaining undue legitimacy. I am gearing up to send out the petition once it exceeds 10,000 supporters. But let's keep up the momentum past this mark. I do not know how many signatures it will take to turn heads. Please share the petition on Facebook and Twitter. Blog about it. Email your friends. Send it out on a listserv. If you know a celebrity who supports science and medicine, ask them for their endorsement. This could be huge!
