For years now, the National Weather Service has been purposely using a number of geoengineering weapons including NEXRAD to create and manipulate the weather. Because of the tremendous power they have to control the weather, they often use their weather modification weapons as a means of bullying people who live in a certain area. They have often use these geoengineering weapons to create and to energize major weather events such as hurricanes, snowstorms, arctic temperature outbreaks, heat waves, tornadoes, thunderstorms, floods, blizzards, droughts, etc. And often times, these weapons can be used to stear storms towards a specific target. These storms are becoming more energized and more frequent because of these weather modification weapons. And as a result, storms have become more explosive. They purposely abuse these weapons and cause destruction, death, and disruption to daily life. They claim that they cannot control the weather, but there are a number of patents that prove they have the ability to do so. So I'm hoping that this petition will get the National Weather Service and the US Goverment to end all weaponized weather modification in the US and shut down and dismantle all geoengineering weapons. This madness needs to stop. So many people are suffering so much because these geoengineering weapons are being used to disrupt people's lives. We want our normal weather back. And we want our current president in the White House, Donald J. Trump to please sign an executive order to end weaponized weather control in the United States and to defund and dismantle all geoengineering weapons being used against our country.
