No matter where we live, we have neighbors. Not only humans but animals also. We have the basic responsibility to take care of them this is called as neighborhood. I request all of you to sign my petition in order to request the National Government to build a Veterinary Hospital to provide healthcare with appropriate charges. We often visit to many private healthcare to take treatment for our pets and other injured animals, but those private doctors charges more than appropriate cost. This has became a trend in them. No one is there to ask them this question. It is getting harder to go to such doctors for a single anti rabies injection to street dog.  Many of us have experienced that these street animal struggling for their lives in harder injury, but these private hospitals are really not helping us by treating them in low charges. We need SPCA and such organisations who can provide healthcare that too affordable and appropriate.  We want a Government Veterinary Hospital in each cities. So that each neighbour will come up with a true neighborhood to help each other.
