Clearly, there will be no end to "blaming the victim and their family" for what is clearly an outright murder of police! Blame will not erase the murder nor the fact it was committed within 1.5 seconds in an "open carry state" that ALLOWS weapons to be carried about in public! The fact that Tamir Rice was just a child should of added even more protection against him being instantly fired upon. But every single measure, policy, procedure and law, was thrown totally out the window. A child is dead and no justice has been given. What is being given are insults and accusations, attempting to place blame with those grieving and hurting the most. A bullet murdered the child and by "words" they seek to do the same to his mother. This country has not seen "the rage" welling up within MOTHERS across this nation over the murders of their children! I can tell you one thing, they have "called for it" and it "shall come".
