It became clear to me a long time ago - the avoidance in prosecuting police for their murders! The very system being depended upon to bring justice is in fact aiding police to escape all punishment! It does not matter how blatant the murder, how many witnesses saw it, or the clarity of the video that captured it all! Police will still be "defended and protected" from all prosecution. And even when a case is given over to a Grand Jury "secrecy" regarding the proceedings cannot be trusted. No one knows what is given to the grand jury, and they are forbidden from disclosing it. What is disclosed, are findings of NO WRONG DOING. Some may call it "justice" but we call it "murder". And as long as murder is a crime punishable underneath the law - there is a justice owed and due! This petition demands police be punished for the murders they've committed. And people across this nation must also demand punishment. Not just for "one" but across the board!! If I being alone can make such a demand - so can you!!
