A great weekend with family

Kayne and the family all had a great weekend. Keagan came in from FSU to spend time with family visiting from Kentucky. My sister and her three girls came down with my step-mom and step-sister. They got here Friday night and were able to stay until Monday morning. My nieces braved the cold water at the beach and had a great time playing in the ocean. The Florida weather was awesome this weekend. We visited Ponce Inlet Saturday afternoon and during the evening we had pizza delivered from our favorite place; Genoveses in Ormond Beach, FL. Chris Ulmer with Special Books by Special Kids did his biweekly interview with Kayne. The video will be shown on Facebook Tuesday, 1/17/17 at approximately 8:15pm. Please join us at that time to see the interview. Kayne has agreed to work with Chris allowing him to document his DIPG journey. Kayne was also able to get some game time in with his friends this weekend. Only 9 more radiation treatments left for Kayne. His last treatment will be next Friday. We are in the process of finalizing our next move after radiation. We hope to put out a solid update this week after meeting with the doctor in clinic on Wednesday.
