The Town of Narragansett and the RIDEM are encouraging anyone who is a licensed architect / developer to put forth a proposal for the latest RFP that has been generated for the 5 Acre area of land in Galilee.  The RFP was created by the RIDEM and the Procaccianti Developers.   I hope that the Procaccianti Group will not be able to retain its lease if it fails to put forth a winning proposal.    It would be deeply troubling if the Procaccianti Group is allowed to retain its lease with the Blessings of the RIDEM and our Governor in the State of Rhode Island for no rationale reasoning.  It would appear to be an insider deal if the Procaccianti Developers is allowed to retain its lease.  Here is a link to the RFP:  RFP issued by the RIDEM and the Procaccianti Group
