Covid-19 is International pandemic. India started very well under supervision of our Primce Minister, Narendra Modi. After 22nd March, when Tablighi Jamaat participants were found positive of Corona Virus, rate of infected patients are increasing day by day. Most of the states are trying to handle this pandemic in their best way except few. 

There are several incidences in which a particular community was given free hand to gather in public, attack on doctors or security staffs. Central goverment came with some ordinance to tackle this situation but due to lack of local state goverment support their efforts are of no use. It is clearly seen that only for appeasement of this particular community entire nation is suffering. Side effects of multiple lock down will be observed in coming days. But we can not deny to the fact that entire nation is suffering because some of the state goverments are not working efficiently as their only goal to appease this particular community. 

Therefore I, request President of India and Chief Justice of India to bring consider this a national emergency and follow few of our recommendations:

1. Deploy Central Armed Forces who will be able to control this situation much better and unbiased manner. 

2. Politicicans and bureaucrats will be terminated if found violating lockdown.

3. Use a centralized mobile app through which every citiizen will have right to upload images+videos of violators. Panelty if violators found. 20% of the panelty will be paid to the person who submitted video/pictures. Name of person submitting videos/pictures should be kept confidential.
