Amidst of the corona crisis, we have seen many cases where animals are being exploited in India. Following which many video clips were uploaded people torturing innocent animals for example: pregnant elephant died by eating fruit stuffed with fire crackers, hanging cats to the ceiling, beating dogs ruthlessly. People have been speaking about it outrageously on social media and making posters about it. What is the result of feeling so much pain if you can’t do anything to help them? What actually is going to provide a justice to these animals is by forming a law against animal torture  and harassment and strictly imposing it. And a very strict punishment with penalty on the people committing this crime. In a country where murderers/rapists get released with bare minimum punishment maybe killing and torturing animals won’t be that big of a deal.
