Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an autonomous agency in India which conducts recruitment process for the PSU bank for various level of jobs. 

Selecetion process is too complicated. IBPS releases notification and invites applications from candidates and they change the rules of selection at any time. They recently brought the 10% Reserve list formula. I don't know from where this "Magic Number" comes from. They are not even releasing list for these reserve list candidates although banks have already said via RTI replies that there are sufficient number of vacancies.

They are playing with the career of thousands of candidates.

It is Dictatorship!

 So I request you bring IBPS under the ambit of RTI. RTI is a strong tool in the hands of a Common Man. This is the only weapon in our hands. I don't believe in protests and "Dharnas". I believe that every department that is related to a Government should be transparent.
