This petition is regarding the decision to close the Myer store at Westfield Knox. This decision should be reconsidered and rather than closing the store completely it should at least be be downsized to one level, similar to the Cairns store.

For many people, this Myer store is not just a shop but a lifestyle - a place where they come to shop, enjoy a coffee or snack and socialise with friends. Despite in desperate need of a renovation (due to neglection by centre management) this store is crucial to the local area and is services a large population area. For thousands of people, it is far more convenient to access than Eastland or Chadstone Shopping Centres, which are much busier and more difficult for many people to access. That's why it would be a tremendous shame to lose it.

So join me and encourage Myer to reconsider the decision and remain open at Westfield Knox. Don't leave Myer, we need you.
