Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has confirmed that pill testing in starting in Victoria!

I think if there was pill testing back in 2012, my son Daniel would have spoken with the educators at the festival and had his substances tested, and he would be still alive today.

That makes this announcement bittersweet for me, but I'm relieved that it means other families won't have to go through what I did. 

I want to say thank you to you and all the people who supported this petition.

You've helped take pill testing from being something that not many people knew about, to now having a big majority of the public on our side.

And now at last we've got the support of the Victorian Premier as well.

The testing is about being realistic about the fact that people are using drugs. It's about having an informed discussion, it’s about education. It's about making sure that the people we love come home safe.
