Last night I was in the audience for the special pill testing episode of Q&A, and I had the honour of getting to ask the first question. You can watch it here. 

Overall, it was a good episode and I think we made some progress. But last night confirmed to me that we need to hold our politicians and police commissioners to account. We can't police our way out of this problem. We need to treat this as a health and social issue. I want our political leaders to be talking about this in the lead up to the NSW election. Can you help me?

We need to keep making noise. Summer festival season is coming to an end, and politicians will try to kick this can down the road. Let's not leave this until it's too late for another family. We have to do all we can to prevent another young person dying unnecessarily.
