The Issue

My daughter, Amayah, is the one being impacted the most by all of this. She is a little girl, and her childhood, safety, well-being, and future are at stake. She deserves access to clean water, healthy food, and the freedom to eat without being punished, abused, or made to feel afraid because she does not want to eat food that is undercooked, burnt, or food she cannot eat. A child should never have to be afraid to express a basic need like being thirsty, hungry, cold, or uncomfortable. She deserves to have her basic needs met with love and care—not fear or punishment. She deserves to be safe, healthy, heard, and protected. She deserves medical care, education, safe adults and children around her, and the chance to simply be a little girl. Instead of carrying more trauma, she deserves a childhood filled with love, laughter, dancing, singing, learning, exploring, and being herself. This is not just a court case. This is my daughter’s childhood. This is her life. And she deserves better. ❤️🎀🤎

My daughter was not born in Alaska. Her father was not born in Alaska either—he was born in Ohio. I was born in Uganda, where I spent my early childhood before coming to America. My daughter was born in Seattle, Washington, and she lived with me for most of her life. I did not choose to have my baby stripped away from me. I was forced into this nightmare by a court system that, in my experience, has failed to give a fuck about my daughter’s safety or her mother’s cries for help, justice, and protection. I am fighting for my daughter’s childhood, her future, and her right to grow up safe, loved, and protected. ❤️🎀🤎

Paragraph 2: What is at stake?

What is at stake is my daughter’s childhood, safety, health, and future. If nothing changes, I am terrified that my little girl will continue growing up surrounded by trauma instead of the love, safety, education, medical care, and protection she deserves. For several years now, I have been raising concerns about my daughter’s safety in Alaska, but I feel like my voice has repeatedly been dismissed. My daughter is under the care of her father, Kyle, while I continue fighting from Minnesota. I am originally from Uganda, and my daughter deserves to grow up knowing her mother’s culture, her family, and where she comes from—not losing those parts of herself.

I believe the systems that were supposed to protect my daughter have failed to take my concerns seriously. In Palmer, Alaska, I feel that law enforcement, Child Protective Services, and the Palmer court system have repeatedly dismissed concerns I have raised about my daughter’s safety and well-being. Judge Thomas Vahan Jamgochian, also known as Tom V. Jamgochian, has been involved in the court proceedings, and I believe the decisions being made have allowed this situation and my daughter’s suffering to continue instead of bringing the protection and accountability I have begged for.

I have raised serious concerns about what my daughter has experienced while under Kyle’s care, including bruises, scars, marks, being underweight, and what I believe has been physical and emotional abuse and neglect. I have also raised concerns about Jacque De Jesus, a young woman in her early 20s who I say has been around my daughter and has harmed her. I am deeply concerned about the adults and children surrounding my little girl and whether she is truly safe. I have reported concerns that my daughter has been denied or restricted from basic needs such as food, water, milk, appropriate warm clothing, and proper care. I am also deeply concerned about her access to medical care, health insurance, and education.

When my daughter returned to me on March 9, 2026, I saw bruises, scars, and marks that I had not been able to see during our FaceTime calls while she was in Alaska. Like any loving mother who was concerned for her child’s health, I took my daughter to the emergency room because her safety, health, and healing mattered to me. She was also underweight, and while she was back home with me, she was becoming healthier again.

Before my daughter was taken away from me again, she had access to medical care, health insurance, education, food, clean water, milk, juice, appropriate clothing and shoes, opportunities to go places, explore, learn, and simply be a child. She had a home with her mother who loved her, nurtured her, and fought for her every single day.

On July 23, 2026, I was arrested in Minnesota while my daughter was in my care.  he claimed that I kidnapped my daughter which that is not the truth!. if people actually look at the evidences instead of allowing this guy to just talk and mask himself to hurt my daughter and I. I was released on July 24, 2026. Since then, my daughter has not returned home. I went approximately 50 days without any contact with her—not because I chose to disappear from my daughter’s life, but because I was unable to reach her. I am now receiving two video calls a week, and while those calls matter, my daughter needs more than a screen. She needs her mother physically present in her life. She needs to be able to come home to her safe space, her family, and the love and care she deserves.

If things stay the same, I fear my daughter will continue losing precious parts of her childhood while adults and systems continue making decisions about her life without truly hearing the concerns being raised for her. But if things change, my daughter has the chance to heal, to be safe, to receive proper care and education, to reconnect with her mother, her maternal family, and her Ugandan heritage, and to simply grow up without carrying even more trauma.

This is what is at stake: my little girl’s life, her childhood, her healing, and the person she will become. She deserves more than virtual calls with her Mama. She deserves to be safe. She deserves to be heard. She deserves the chance to come home and be a little girl again.❤️🎀🤎

Paragraph 3: Why is now the time to act?

The time to act is now because my daughter is still a little girl, and every day of her childhood matters. Children do not get their childhood back. Every day that serious concerns about her safety, health, education, emotional well-being, and basic needs are ignored is another day that she could be losing precious parts of the childhood she deserves. I cannot sit back and wait until more damage is done to finally say something should have been done sooner.

I have been fighting and advocating for my daughter for years. I have raised concerns to Alaska law enforcement, CPS, and the court system, and I feel like my concerns have repeatedly been dismissed while my daughter continues to suffer the consequences. I am asking people to pay attention now—not years from now when more harm may have been done, but now, while she is still young and has a chance to heal and have the safe, happy childhood she deserves.

My daughter needs action, accountability, and people willing to truly look at what has been happening. She needs adults and systems to stop dismissing her mother’s voice and start taking her safety and well-being seriously. She needs protection now. She needs proper care now. She needs her childhood protected now.

I cannot get back the days, months, or years that have already been taken from us. But I will continue fighting for the days ahead. My daughter deserves more than two video calls a week with her Mama. She deserves to be able to hug me, run to me, feel safe with me, and have her mother physically present in her life. A screen cannot replace a mother raising, nurturing, protecting, and caring for her child.

The time is now because this is not just paperwork. This is not just another court case. This is a little girl’s life. Her childhood is happening right now. And I refuse to wait quietly while my daughter grows up without the safety, love, care, and protection she deserves.

Please help me be a voice for my baby girl. Because she cannot wait for her childhood to be over before people finally decide she deserved to be protected. ❤️🎀🤎

WHY I AM FIGHTING FOR MY DAUGHTER

Girls deserve to be raised by their mothers. My daughter needs me, and I need her. I want her. I want to raise her, nurture her, guide her, protect her, and love her the way I believe God intended.

I want to give my daughter the safe, peaceful, loving childhood she needs and deserves—with structure, healthy routines, education, opportunities to learn, and the freedom to simply be a child. In Mama’s home, she can be herself. She can express herself, ask questions, learn, dance, sing, laugh, and grow without being afraid of punishment for expressing her needs.

My daughter loves to learn, and I have always encouraged her. I cheer her on. I am her biggest supporter. I want her to have a great education, access to amazing schools, opportunities to explore the world, and to grow up surrounded by safe adults and safe children.

I raised my daughter for the majority of her life. I gave her a peaceful, clean, loving home, healthy routines, food, clean water, milk, juice, appropriate clothing and shoes, medical care, education, and opportunities to go outside, explore, learn, dance, sing, and simply be a little girl. I want to continue giving her those things.

Instead, I fear that while in Alaska under her father’s care, she has been exposed to chaos, violence, emotional abuse, physical abuse, spiritual harm, medical neglect, educational neglect, and other forms of neglect. I am also deeply concerned about the people surrounding my daughter and her safety and body autonomy.

I am especially concerned about Kyle and his on-and-off girlfriend, Jacque, and the environment my daughter is being exposed to. To my knowledge, one of Jacque’s children has previously engaged in sexual acts involving one of Kyle’s previous children. I am deeply disturbed and afraid that, despite this history and these concerns, Kyle continues allowing my daughter to be around these individuals and this environment.

I fear my daughter is being exposed to an atmosphere where predators or people who have engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior around children are being tolerated or protected instead of children being protected. That is not okay with me, and it is not okay for my daughter. I do not want my baby girl around predators, people who normalize predatory behavior, or anyone who makes a child’s safety secondary.

My daughter deserves to have her body, innocence, boundaries, and safety protected. She deserves safe adults and safe children around her. She deserves an environment where inappropriate behavior involving children is taken seriously—not ignored, excused, or normalized.

When Kyle told me to abort my daughter, I chose my baby. I chose her life. I was sexually abused, but I kept my baby because I knew she was a promise from God. Becoming her mother taught me what unconditional love should look like. I love my daughter unconditionally, and I will keep choosing her.

I do not want my daughter to grow up carrying the trauma she has already been subjected to. I want to do everything in my power to protect her, help her heal, and give her the life she deserves.

My daughter deserves to be safe. She deserves to be loved. She deserves to be heard. She deserves to be protected. She deserves a childhood. And she deserves her Mama.

Please sign this petition and help me make my voice heard for my baby girl. Help me fight for her safety, her future, her childhood, and her right to grow up surrounded by safe people who truly care about her.

I chose her then. I choose her now. And I will keep choosing my daughter. ❤️🙏🏽👧🏽🩷
