Make stricter laws against animal cruelty

The Issue

I feel animals are also very important part of our nature! They cannot be ignored or neglected. They cannot be treated like the way they have been just because they can't speak.
They aren't your slaves or anything else.. Just because they cannot speak, u have no right to treat them the way you want. They are living beings, even they have emotions.
I am an animal lover, my heart aches when I see inhuman treatment happening against animals, so this needs to be stopped.
