Certain groups of people at Central Michigan University have disrespected not only just the Black Community but the Multicultural Community as well by saying a devious racial slur that is known to all mankind. [Redacted] were all caught on camera saying the N-word claiming that it was for fun and giggles. Two out of the seven people that I listed are not Central Michigan University students, [Redacted] goes to Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, and [Redacted] goes to Midland Community College in Midland, Michigan. This is not the first time that a similar situation has happened on campus. This is a repetitive behavior that has happened on Central Michigan University Campus. The Black Community and the Multicultural Community are coming together as a union for justice for the Community as a whole we are tired of being used as a joke and a mocking for the majority as the minorities of the University. We are tired of nothing being done after a group or a singular person has discriminated against a Whole Community. We are hoping that when students, staff, and faculty discriminate against a community, whether it be the black community or the multicultural community, they won't get a slap on the wrist for punishment, regardless of what it is. For students, we are hoping that they will be expelled from the University for breaking student of conduct which is a level three offense. For faculty and staff, we hope that they are Fired, not on administrative leave or paid leave, but Fired for discriminating against a Community. We are tired of racial slurs being thrown comfortably around campus. We march for respect, We march for equality, and We march together to make a change!
