Petition update#MSU Has STILL NOT Addressed ALL of the Abuse It Covered-Up. Help Us Find Justice.MSU: Just Own Your Errors and Correct Them. Seriously...

MSU's assertion that "no NCAA rules were broken" when Larry Nassar sexually abused student athletes mirrors the letter I got from MSU's Office of Institutional Equity when John Engler's office finally forwarded my complaint to OIE for a response.
Marissa Geyer at OIE wrote, "OIE must consider the information based upon the policies that were in place at the time [any violation occurred]. Your letter indicated your concerns stemmed from 1992. Per my research into older polices predating the ADP, sexual orientation was not included as a protected category until approximately 1995." IN OTHER WORDS--MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY WAS WITHIN ITS RIGHTS TO USE SEXUAL ORIENTATION AGAINST STUDENTS LIVING ON CAMPUS IN 1992.
That's a SAD excuse for MSU's failure to act. Please continue to share my petition, and sign if you haven't yet.
