An MSU employee who has been at State long enough to retire wrote me yesterday and said that s/he signed my petition (and was familiar with what MSU did to me and Owen Graduate Association members in the 1990s). He/She, however, did so anonymously--because s/he still fears there's the possibility of retaliation for admitting, as an MSU administrator, to this ClusterF***. I thanked him/her for signing. But this is precisely why Larry Nassar could happen at MSU. When good and honest people fear retaliation for speaking out about things they've seen that are wrong--genuine evil can occur.
