Siobhan has a significant international background in strategy and operations in the public and private sectors. As a CEO, she has led consumer-facing businesses in the media and digital sectors and she is currently CEO Broadcasting, News Corp. She was previously a Commissioner of the Australian Productivity Commission, Chair of NBN Co, Partner of McKinsey & Company and Director of Woolworths Group Limited and AMCIL.
Siobhan is also Executive Chairman of Foxtel, Fox Sports and Australian News Channel, and Chairman of Nova Entertainment”.
I wrote to her for the first time on 31 March 2024 after the failures of Mr. Paul Graham to respond to my letters. He is the Managing Director and Group CEO of Australia Post. My very serious concerns about the corruption and cover ups that were initiated by Australia Post officials back in June 2006 and continued to this day were brought to the attention of Mr. Graham. My letters were successfully delivered to Australia Post headquarters.
Today I am providing the copy of my letter I wrote to Ms. Siobhan McKenna to all my current and future supporters and readers of my update because she has failed to respond or even acknowledge the receipt of my letter to her. It was Delivered on 8 April 2024. It is now 60 days since my letter was delivered to Australia Post headquarters. This letter was sent by Express Post. It was supposed to be delivered in maximum 3 days as it was interstate from NSW to Victoria. It took 8 days to deliver. This was posted in the yellow Box just outside the Mascot Post office on Botany Road, Mascot, NSW 2020.
It will be interesting to note that there is no telephone number available for the ordinary people where they can contact the office of the Chair to raise concerns about the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
The same people or the same departments of Australia Post that have participated in the cover ups may get to know what you are conveying on the phone. The person taking the call on the number provided by Australia Post will not tell you the names of the people or department where the notes he or she are making will eventually end up. This is the situation in this Government Business Enterprise-Australia Post.
No one responded to my call despite comprehensive concerns were raised and the notes were generated while I spoke with this person at length. He appeared to be Australia Post employee. This was on 22 April 2024 when I called telephone number 137678. He was most likely sitting in the same headquarters of Australia Post in Melbourne.
For those that are not aware, Australia Post’s MD & Group CEO is appointed by the Board of Australia Post. The Federal government has no authority to either appoint or terminate the person that is MD & Group CEO of Australia Post. This responsibility rests with the Board of Australia Post. This means if you have serious concerns about the conduct of MD & Group CEO of Australia Post then the ordinary people should be able to raise those with the Chair of Australia Post before raising those with the Federal government who appoints the Board Members. My following letter just did that but there is no response from the Chair Ms. Siobhan McKenna.
This update therefore will be sent to many Senators and my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon. Matt Thistlethwaite MP and the Minister for Communications the Hon. Michelle Rowland MP despite they are ignoring ongoing corruption in Australia Post in this matter. They have failed to raise this unresolved matter in the parliament and represent me in the parliament.

Subject: My ongoing fight for justice and Australia Post
This is the first time I am writing to you. It is important for you to know that I am fighting for justice for my entire family from June 2006. As the Chair of Australia Post I am approaching you after the failures of numerous past and present employees of Australia Post to resolve the matter that is ongoing and unresolved from June 2006.
The matter involved the use of my identity on Indonesian Passport that Australia Post accepted back in June 2006 as a Photo ID and allowed redirection of my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket PostShop in Sydney. This PO Box was also opened using that passport as a Photo ID.
I was Indian Citizen at the time but arrived here as the Permanent Resident of Australia in 1985. I am now Australian Citizen for many years.
This matter was identified as fraud/crime in as little as 48 hours in June 2006 by Australia Post officials. What followed after that was the cover up of the truth by Australia Post officials.
After the failures of the due available democratic processes to get a resolution, I had no option left than to use the Change.org platform to start a petition to Ms Christine Holgate with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” when she was the Managing Director and Group CEO of Australia Post.
This petition is followed by numerous updates and that process has continued to this day and will continue till the matter is resolved. My petition and updates are available for anyone in the world to read. Please type in Google “Petition Holgate Vasant” to access my petition and updates.
This petition is now signed and supported by people from every corner of Australia and some from outside of Australia as well. That strong number stands at 44,331 and is expected to keep growing is my confidence. At 50,000 signatures it will be one of the highest signed petitions on the Change.org platform.
As the Chair of Australia Post I need your help to resolve this matter after the failure of the current Managing Director and Group CEO Mr. Paul Graham to resolve this matter. He has not responded to any of my letters sent to him so far. My requests for a meeting with him have been ignored by him.
I sincerely request you to read my petition and updates completely to understand the depth of the corruption and cover ups that are not ending. Numerous Australia Post officials have left their long-term jobs after failing to act on this matter. Some are still with Australia Post but have no courage to tell us the truth and provide the documents involved in this matter.
This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and Australia has exposed the systemic documented corruption and cover ups because I did not give up the fight against the injustice.
I need the truth and the REAL documents that are hidden from my family by Australia Post officials for all these years.
My each and every update is an eye opener. The pain and suffering and psychological torture inflicted on my family over a period of almost 18 long years in this democracy is a national disgrace.
You now have the opportunity to address this matter because it is your responsibility to see that this Government Business Enterprise is run with honesty, integrity, values and transparency. Hiding the truth and documents by Australia Post officials has helped the corrupt people for all these years.

I am confident that you want corruption free Australia Post and also corruption free Australia. Please do not miss this golden opportunity to make a difference to the way Australia Post is run. All the former MDs and Group CEOs since June 2006 have dismally failed to act on corruption and cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials and then left their lucrative jobs. No media has shown any courage to find out the truth behind the exodus from Australia Post of many senior officials, CEOs, in-house lawyers, Executive GMs, Corporate Secretary and CSG officials. Ordinary people are losing trust in the media as well.
This letter can be placed before all the other Australia Post Board Members as well to start the resolution process. Your extensive experience on high positions and in the media is expected to make it easy for you to resolve this matter is my view. It is very well accepted that the power of truth is unlimited and “Truth Alone Triumphs”.

Dear Supporters,
Why is Ms. Siobhan McKinna silent and not responding? The people of Australia, who are the owners of Australia Post, have every right to expect honesty, integrity, values and transparency from Australia Post officials including the Board Members and the Chair. There are numerous Australia Post officials involved in hiding the truth and that includes Ms. Christine Holgate, Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Mr. Graeme T. John. They headed Australia Post in the past and now Mr. Paul Graham who is currently heading Australia Post is failing to address corruption and cover ups brought to his attention by me.
Where is their leadership, honesty and integrity gone? Who are the criminals that must be protected? What is the motive? What is the reason for a complete silence from the Chair Ms. Siobhan McKinna?
I sincerely thank my very strong 44,703 supporters for their continued support. That support will keep growing is my confidence.
If no one is above the law in our country then why are the Members of Parliament, Ministers and many Senators are silent despite having lot of knowledge of ongoing corruption in Australia Post? In our democracy the Local Member of Parliament is responsible for helping his/her constituents. In my case this is also not happening.
I request all the people reading my petition with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” and the updates that followed including this one posted on 9 June 2024 to support me and my family that are fighting injustice for the past 18 years.
