Dear Values Supporters,

Today, I am providing you and all the other readers of my petition the email I wrote to Mr. Paul Graham who is now the MD and Group CEO of Australia Post. The signed copy of this email dated 14 April 2024 was sent to Mr. Graham by Express Post on 15 April 2024. It was delivered to Australia Post Headquarters on 17 April 2024. As you can see below many elected representatives were sent the copy of my email to Mr. Graham. These are the Senators for NSW. I am their constituent. The Hon. Matt Thistlethwaite MP is my Local Federal Member of Parliament for Kingsford Smith electorate. The Hon. Michelle Rowland MP is the Minister for Communications. Australia Post falls under her direct portfolio responsibilities.

One month has passed but not a single person responded. They all have failed to respond to my concerns about Australia Post many times in the past as well. No one has raised this matter in the Parliament despite it is close to eighteen long years of systemic documented corruption and cover ups. All those named in the email are aware of my fight for justice for my family for many years.

Now please read my email to Mr. Paul Graham.

Dear Mr. Graham,

The following is the article by Mr. Robert Dex posted yesterday on Yahoo!news. Please note that you have so far failed to address corruption and documented cover ups and carried on like your three predecessors for a considerable length of time. This failure shows your weakness and reluctance to help victims-my family. We have continued to suffer from this unresolved matter where my identity was used on Indonesian passport that was accepted by Australia Post back in June 2006. Australia Post allowed the fraudster/s to redirect our mail to a PO Box in Haymarket is Sydney. Numerous Australia Post officials-past and present are aware of this matter but failed to tell us the truth which they are expected to be aware of. 

You have not even cared to contact me or respond to my letters. This conduct of yours is unacceptable and it may affect your credibility permanently is highly likely. No matter how many Australia Post officials, Members of Parliament, Senators, Police and others help you and protect you for whatever reasons you could face the people of this nation for your inaction on this matter at some stage.

The story of Mr. Alan Bates gives me enormous strength and encouragement to fight for justice. I am no financial match for fighting with Australia Post in the courts and you are allegedly taking advantage of that by remaining silent on this matter. That could change if the people of this nation even consider to pay $5.00 each to eradicate corruption in Australia Post and other places that have failed in their responsibilities to hold Australia Post to account. Australians own Australia Post.

You are allegedly contributing to my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture since you received my first letter and subsequent letters that you have allegedly ignored so far.

I request you to give me a face-to-face meeting in Sydney so that we can discuss this matter to start a resolution process. 

I thought of crowdfunding as well because many in the Parliament have failed to act. I hope you found time to read my numerous updates by now. This fight is in the interest of our nation and in the interest of the people of this nation. Your failure to act on documented dishonesty, corruption, fabrications, tampering of records, silence on this matter and unfair, unjust and unreasonable activities by your own officials shows that you are a weak leader and unfit for the job just like your predecessors Mr. Graeme John, Mr. Ahmed Fahour and Ms. Christine Holgate. 

One day this story will become national and then international and your all the roads to escape will hit the dead end is highly likely. Please study the baseless reasons provided by Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour for their resignations. Both of them resigned after sitting on documented corruption and cover ups for ten long years between them. 7 years under Mr. Fahour and 3 years under Ms. Holgate. 

I am a step closer to raise my concerns about the people sitting in the Parliament House that are silent on this matter. I have numerous records of my letters to them that they are ignoring just like you are ignoring my letters to you. 

The copy of this letters is sent to many elected representatives to show them that you are ignoring corruption and cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials. 

I am just an ordinary migrant. I have made Australia home with my family from 1985. My goal is to make Australia corruption free. You are not helping to even address corruption in Australia Post.

Remaining silent on crimes and cover ups that are ongoing may never help you to work with honesty, integrity and values. Please do not follow the wrong path taken by Mr. Fahour and Ms Holgate. Their baseless reasons for their resignations will be exposed one day. The Parliament House is filled with the documents sent by me to raise my concerns about them.

The elected representatives get paid by the taxpayers to represent them. My Local Federal Member of Parliament the Honourable Matt Thistlethwaite MP has dismally failed to help my family by NOT raising this matter in the Parliament. His failure to act has helped Australia Post to continue to hide the truth. This is also the case with successive Ministers for Communications from both sides of politics.

The following story is expected to open your eyes is my view. My fight for justice was started in June 2006 and has continued to this day. In two moths time this fight will complete Eighteen (18) long years. Please do not ignore the fact that number of highly paid employees of Australia Post have left their lucrative jobs after dismally failing to act on this matter. What stopped them from telling me the truth? This includes Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour as well. 

I wish to remind you that Nobody is above the law. Please do not breach the laws of Australia to protect the wrongdoers is my suggestion to you.

The following story is a true story happened in British legal history 22 years ago. My story is close to 18 years and is unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and Australia. I am ignored by Australian media as well. Who are they afraid of despite the corruption is documented?

I expect you to respond to all my letters that you have failed to respond to so far. My petition to Ms. Christine Holgate with the title “Australia Post must never cover up IDENTITY THEFTS” is now signed and supported by 44,454 people from every corner of Australia. I request you to take this enormous support very seriously. This support will keep growing if you ignore this matter and keep the requested documents hidden from my family.

Dear Supporters,

My petition to Ms. Christine Holgate is now signed and supported by 44627 people from every corner of Australia. I sincerely thank each one of them for their support and encouragement to fight for justice.

This intentional cover up that is not ending has no place in our country. Where are the elected representatives, media, honest people in Australia Post and those in the Department of Communications, Attorney General’s Department, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Labor, Liberals, Nationals, the Greens and all those independents gone?

Why are they silent? Who are the people that went to extraordinary lengths to obtain passport on my name to commit premeditated offences on the Australian soil? What is the motive? What is the truth? Where is the justice?

This fight will continue because just like the corruption in the Post Office in Britan is now exposed Australia Post’s turn will come and at that time all those including Ms. Christine Holgate, Mr. Ahmed Fahour, Mr. Graeme T. John, Mr. Paul Graham and numerous others in Australia Post will come under the spotlight for their alleged intentional silence on corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials. No media has investigated the dark sides of many Australia Post officials that have allegedly run away from Australia Post over the years. Some are still hanging on despite knowing the cover ups and despite being allegedly part of the cover ups.

Our country will not be allowed to go down the path of corruption and crimes cover ups by the ordinary people of Australia is my confidence. 

It is time for everyone involved in the cover ups to wake up before it goes out of their hands. It is important for the Australian people to join hands to eradicate corruption in our country. We start from Australia Post because we all own Australia Post.

Thanks to everyone that have given me unconditional support and thanks to all those that will join my supporters to make a real difference. It is time to prove that Nobody is above the law.
