Today is 14 June 2022. On this very day in June 2006 the following message was left on my phone answering machine sixteen years ago.
“Hi, this is Steve calling from Australia Post, regarding your redirection. Could you please give me a call on 9207 7913? The number again is 9207 7913 anytime from 6 am to 12 midday. Thank you. Bye.”
We personally met Mr Steve Gabell, who left the above message, at the Alexandria Delivery Facility of Australia Post on 16 June 2006. It was already established a day before on 15 June 2006 that this mail redirection of all the letters coming to our home was not done by us and it was a fraudulent/criminal activity. Fraudulently obtained Indonesian passport on my name was used as a photo ID at Australia Post to redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box opened on my name at Haymarket PostShop in Sydney.
Mr. Gabell said he did overtime to compile everything as he was proceeding on an extended leave. He handed over the information gathered, documents and other details to Mr Don Kane of Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW on 16 June 2006.
What followed was the beginning of the cover ups after cover ups that are still ongoing after SIXTEEN years. The truth is hidden from us for all these years. This matter has been identified as the one that is unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and perhaps our country Australia as well.
Today, I am providing documentary evidence of how Ms. Christine Holgate- former MD & Group CEO of Australia Post allegedly used her Executive Assistant Ms Helen Moritz to avoid responsibility by not allowing me to reach her at any cost.
Please read my following email to Ms Helen Moritz. The date and the subject were:

This is to first inform you that I wrote a letter dated 21 July 2018 to you and sent it via Express Post Platinum Number 242515969063. This letter was delivered on 24 July 2018. I need an immediate response from you to that letter dated 21 July 2018.
I also would like to inform you that on 24 July 2018, I received a call from Mr Kevin Zuccato and he told me he is the General Manager of the Corporate Security Group and with him was a legal officer of Australia Post named Ms Lucy Tehan. The call lasted for around 20 minutes and he was seeking my appointment either in Sydney or Melbourne preferably during the weekdays. I explained to him that I work away from home and go to home on the weekends. This is why I will not be able to see him on the weekdays. He was ready to compromise and see me on the weekend but he still preferred weekdays. Before going into the details of the telephone conversation, I would like you to confirm that Ms Christine Holgate, MD and CEO of Australia Post has been made aware of this contact by Mr Kevin Zuccato and Lucy Tehan with me.
I was trying my best to give him an appointment as early as possible on next Friday on 3 August 2018. Before meeting him and your legal officer Lucy, it was important for me to make some documentation so that there is something to go on to resolve this matter.
Unfortunately, I fell ill and had to spend a night in hospital overnight on 25 July 2018 and was advised to take rest. This is why I will not be able to return to my home in Sydney this weekend. It will not be possible for me to get anything prepared for him to look at before our possible meeting. Mr Zuccato told me that he is new and was not involved in these ID THEFT case matters which necessitates me to give him even a more comprehensive idea of what has been happening from 2006 to 2018 for this matter to have remained unresolved.
It has come to my attention that Mr Zuccato has been hired by Australia Post after his long-term career in the Australian Federal Police in very senior and high positions. I was not aware of his past employment history during our telephone conversation. My matter should have been resolved by the Australian Federal Police in 2006 is my view. I even went to the AFP to obtain documents under the FOI Act. The response to that application was in my view flawed and it was admitted by the FOI Decision Maker that he has not fulfilled my FOI Application Request and sent me to the office of the Australian Information Commissioner for a review of his decision. My matter in the OAIC did not get resolved and all the corruption and criminal misbehaviour of both Dr James Popple, former FOI Commissioner and Professor John McMillian, former Australian Information Commissioner is documented. I cannot write anything more here because the purpose of writing to you is to inform immediately to Mr Zuccato that because of my unsatisfactory experience with the AFP in the past, it will NOT be possible for me to see him.
I am however, seeking a meeting with Ms Christine Holgate which she should not hesitate to give is my view.
My supporter number on CHANGE.ORG has now reached 4,586 as at 5:29PM on 27 July 2018, which in my view, is more than sufficient for Ms Holgate to give me an appointment. This will avoid people with potential conflict of interests to be involved in these matters before I am successful in getting a meeting with Ms Holgate. People who may have conflicts of interest involve those in the NSW Police Force and the AFP (Australian Federal Police), the OAIC, the NSW IPC and the OCO (office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman). All these agencies have acted corruptly in these matters which is documented.
I now request you to give this email immediately to Ms Holgate because I am not confident about the confidentiality of the emails sent to the publicly available email address of Ms Holgate. In this situation, please provide me with the fax number of Ms Holgate that is not accessible by anybody else, except her, or at the most, by you. Please provide me also with the direct postal address of Ms Holgate.
This unresolved matter started on 14 June 2006 as far as my family is concerned. My son, Nilesh Wagh, had a number of conversations with Mr Steve Gabell of Australia’s Post’s Alexandria Delivery Facility about this matter. Therefore, Nilesh’s input is also important for you to know. Nilesh will be writing a letter directly to Ms Christine Holgate as soon as possible in relation to steps that need to be taken by Australia Post and Australia Post Corporate Security Group to ascertain what are the real chain of events that happened in relation to Mr Vasant Wagh’s ID THEFT case. This is crucial because Australia Post and Australia Post Corporate Security Group have presented to us over the years, a very different version of events in relation to what they claim happened in relation to this ID theft case. When these versions of events are compared to what we were initially told by Mr Steve Gabell, they do not add up at all.
To maintain confidentiality, it is important for you to provide me with the fax number of Ms Christine Holgate. Due to Mr Zuccato’s connection with the Australian Federal Police in the past, I will not feel comfortable and confident to deal with him on this matter at least at this point in time when he has mentioned that he is new to this matter. If Ms Holgate decides to give me a meeting, I will allow Mr Steve Gabell, Mr Don Kane and Ms Rosyln to attend the meeting with her so that the people who have handled the real documents involved in these fraudulent and criminal activities are present at the table.
I hope this matter is not prolonged any further so that I do not have to keep on updating my supporters.

Ms Holgate had no courage to see me and to address the matter at all. What she did was unacceptable by any standards. Her silence on the cover ups was exposing her as a weak leader. She had no courage to write to me even a single letter in three years she was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
The same approach was taken by her predecessor Mr. Ahmed Fahour. He used his inner circle staff to avoid taking any responsibility to resolve the matter. My contact person under his leadership passed away on 11 September 2010 and then Mr Fahour and his team even hide that death from me where the cause of the death was suicide. No new contact person was appointed and my important letter dated 18 September 2010 to Mr Fahour was filed with “NFA” written on the front top page of my letter by Mr Geoff Williams. This was another person allegedly used by Mr Fahour to avoid responsibility. NFA means “No Further Action”.
Where is our media gone? Where are our elected representatives gone? Where are those investigative journalists gone? Where are those Walkley Award winners vanished? Where is “your ABC? Where is Ms. Leigh Sales? It is reported that she will leave on 30 June 2022 for a six months break and move on to something else. What is the truth behind her leaving 7:30 report?
The new Labor government is now in the office. I will wait and see if they have any courage to expose corruption that is ongoing from the past sixteen long years. They want a Federal ICAC with teeth. Well, this case that is ongoing for the past sixteen years does not need a federal ICAC. It needs a Parliamentary enquiry to ask questions to the numerous Australia Post official involved in this matter and what role they played to cover ups the truth and why? It is that simple.
What will Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour do at the Parliamentary enquiry when they failed to answer my questions during their time at Australia Post? That period is TEN years out of Sixteen between them. Seven under Mr Fahour and three under Ms Holgate.
The resignations of both these millionaires have nothing to do with Cartier watches gifted by Ms Holgate or 5.6 million dollars remuneration of Mr Fahour is my view. This was a media beat-up and Fake news that they will not accept easily.
The documentary evidence of both these millionaires failing in their duties while the corruption and crimes cover ups in these matters were before them is compelling.

How many laws of Australia Mr Fahour has breached while allegedly covering up the truth in my ID theft cover up matters is the question everyone needs to ask him.
Why did he resign when he himself said that his remuneration had nothing do with his resignation?

I challenge her to publicly announce that she has not breached any laws of Australia while she was the MD & Group CEO for three years while the matters of my ID theft cover ups were put before her by me time and again for a resolution.
Resigning was the fast and easy option for both of them and they took that easy path by allegedly not telling the truth behind their resignations. This is my view.
When I get a chance, I will provide documentary evidence of how Mr. Fahour used his inner circle staff to avoid responsibility as well.
Many involved in this matter have already left their jobs at Australia Post but many are still hanging onto their jobs but failing to respond to my letters.
